Our Classes
Our studio location has changed;
but our high-quality martial arts
programs suitable for the whole
family have stayed the same!
POWERKICKS students age 5 to
adult learn the lessons and
discipline of Tae Kwon Do, the
ancient Korean "art of hand and
foot."
POWERKICKS competes
in the World Taekwondo
Federation and Amateur Athletic
Union, training students all the
way to Black Belt Kukkiwon Dan.
We also offer cardio kickboxing,
and self-defense classes.

Before throwing a punch or kick,
beginning Tae Kwon Do students*
learn the meaning and the history
of this martial art. The first task is
to receive the white belt. White is
a real rank, and every white belt
student has learned that
everything in life must be earned.
As our students progress in Tae
Kwon Do, they gain the
self-confidence and self-control
to handle school, work and
everyday life situations.

For children under the age of 17,
POWERKICKS does regular
report card evaluations to ensure
our students' academic progress.
We expect our school-age
students to excel inside and
outside our studio, and "kick
towards excellence" in everything
they do.

*Experienced students from other
schools will be evaluated by our
instructors based on their rank
from their previous school. Rank
will be redetermined by the Head
Instructor of POWERKICKS
depending upon the student's
performance.
